Metaflux has been manufacturing Tundish Linning Board for short and long sequences(both Silica and magnesia base) Exothermic/insulating Sleeves, Refractory Paints for foundry applications, Nozzle Filling compounds, EBT Tape hole filling Mass, Laddle/Tundish covering compound, Antipiping compound, Hottops etc. since early 1982 and is recognised as one of the leading manufacturer in its field. Metaflux has also established product like Mortar,all type Castables,Ramming masses,Basic Spay Mass,Dry vibro mass, Casting Powder etc. and catering to still industries all over in India and overseas successfully.
For over three decades we have continually developed more technically advanced and cost effective product to benefit our customer and assist their growth in some of the most demanding refractory application.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Our laboratory is well equipped with modern testing facilities required for our product. It is staffed by technical peoples who are linked with R&D network. Our technical peoples are available for the benefit of our customer and to seek to the solution to the many
technological challenges.

METAFLUX put more importance in quality and our quality management is based on clearly structured policy and procedures as well as clearly defined responsibilities . Our aim is to meet customer quality expectation each and every day. Our all the procedures and policy conform to the ISO9001-2015 Quality Management System.
RAW MATERIAL
The essence of the METAFLUX manufacturing process is the selection of proper raw material with precise chemical and physical properties. This can only be achieved selection of perfect raw material supplier carefully. METAFLUX greatly value our relationship with our raw material supplier and in close technical collaboration with them. At the same time we continually investigate and evaluate new potential raw material source that might bring improvement to our product and benefit to our customer.
PRODUCTION FACILITIES
METAFLUX has production facilities in five different places in India. From Nagpur, Maharashtra all the Steel Industries of Western India are catered and our export to overseas supplier are mainly met by Nagpur. Kolkata and Durgapur ,West Bengal unit catered our Easter region customers and also export to Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal. Bhilai unit is looking after the supplier of Central region and our Ahmedabad unit catering to Gujrat state and export to overseas customers also.
